Microsoft makes its product announcements in several places, such as blogs, news articles, and events, and the Microsoft 365 Message center. Follow the steps given here to access the Message center:

1. Launch the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com).
2. From the navigation menu on the left, select Health | Message center:

Administrators can filter by high importance, unread, and dismissed messages, as well as search and sort, as shown in the following screenshot of the Message center page:

Notifications for upcoming changes and features are posted here. Some periodically require administrative intervention, so be sure to monitor the Message center regularly.
