In this chapter we learned about Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 processes and their categories. We learned about creating custom entities and views. We also discussed the different access levels. We talked about creating business process flows and how we can create and use them. We worked with both asynchronous and synchronous flows for our library system solution. We will be updating our solution in a later chapter. In the next chapter, we will be working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK.
