Way back in the 20th century, an education consisted of course after course after course, eventually leading to a diploma or degree. Sadly, not much has changed. Many people still wonder why they worked so hard and for so long, why they spent so much time and money, and what they received in return—besides debt. Similarly, back then, getting an interview was all about submitting a good résumé and a strong cover letter and then waiting to hear back. That worked back then, but it no longer applies.
