1 cup steel cut oats
21⁄2 cups water
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1⁄4 tsp kosher salt
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1. Spray the inner pot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the oats, water, cinnamon, brown sugar, and kosher salt in the pot. Stir well.
2. Cover, lock the lid, and flip the steam release handle to the sealing position. Select Pressure Cook (High), and set the cook time for 10 minutes. When the cook time is complete, quick release the pressure.
3. Remove the lid, and allow the oats to cool slightly in the pot. Transfer to serving bowls and garnish each serving with 1⁄4 cup of the strawberry slices. Serve warm.
