Go through the following steps to integrate Jira with Bitbucket Server:
- Navigate to Administration > Applications > Application links.
- Enter your Bitbucket Server URL and create the application link. Jira should automatically detect the target application as Bitbucket, as shown in the following screenshot:
If, for some reason, Jira does not detect it, make sure you select Bitbucket Server as the Application type when prompted
