In this step, we'll write down as many actions as we can think of, for each of the outcomes we identified in Step 3. The result should look a little like this:

Once we've created all of our actions, we will need to determine which will deliver the highest value to the business soonest. So, the next step is to generate a consensus about the order in which we should carry out the changes. We can use a system called dot voting. Each person gets a set number of sticky dots (usually three votes) and votes on the ideas for action they think will increase purchases from our online store the most.
