Learning rapidly by doing and failing fast

By using a hypothesis-driven approach such as Lean Startup, we can validate an idea quickly. The measurements we make give us feedback telling us whether we're moving in the right direction. We can use these numbers as we tweak and enhance a feature to see if it will make a difference and improve the outcome.

Failure is an option as long as there is learning and we adapt to the incoming information. The secret is to recognize the failure as early as we can.

To respond to rapid changes that are happening in the technology sector, above all else we need to become a learning organization.
