We will now conclude the Sprint with two events: the Sprint Review, followed by a Sprint Retrospective. Both of these events give us the opportunity to inspect and adapt the work we've carried out during the Sprint.

We always hold the review first because the conversation there is likely to spark further discussions and raise action points at the retrospective.

In the following two sections, we will describe how to set each event up and what to expect.
