Helping our team process this phase

The coaching style during this phase will start to be less directive and more facilitative in nature. The team will start to question both its process and progress. During this time, our support should focus on helping our team understand its mission more clearly. In particular, they will need support in breaking down work to fit an incremental approach.

Facilitate any conversations that start to go beyond the bounds of acceptable behavior. Encourage the team to be respectful of each other and ask them to understand that their frustration is likely with either the mission or the process, not each other.
