Okay, so let’s pick up where we left off. When you’re logged into the demo, try clicking on the “Appearance” link and wandering around (see Figure 3.19).

In the Appearance section, we’ll try switching the Theme and uploading a new logo (see Figure 3.20).

Scroll down in the list of themes and click the “Enable and set default” link by a theme like Garland (see Figure 3.21).

You’ll get a confirmation message:
Now click the Settings link for the theme (see Figure 3.22).
Scroll down, and in the Logo Image Settings area, uncheck the “Use the Default logo” checkbox:
Now we can have some fun with changing the logo. In the “Upload logo image” area, click the Browse button (see Figure 3.23).
Locate an image on your computer and double-click to upload it. It will become the new logo on the demo page.
If you need a sample image, go to www.drupalprimer.com and look in the Files area for the Cheshire cat (see Figure 3.24).

After you’ve clicked the Browse button in Drupal and located your image and double-clicked it, scroll down on the Drupal screen and click Save configuration.
And click on the Home icon on the top left side of the screen:
Then, if all goes well, you’ll have a new logo on the screen, and if you click it, the Home page will look something like this (see Figure 3.25).
Uploading Images
Sometimes the opensourcecms site disables the ability to upload images to demos, but if it hasn’t, you can try what I’ve described in this section.
Congratulations! You’ve performed advanced administrative functions: you’ve selected a new theme for the site and have uploaded a new logo. I encourage you to go back and have more fun, and click on everything and explore it under the Administer menu.
