The forming stage is the getting-to-know-you phase of team development. 

There will be a high degree of relationship building during this stage, and our team will also start to get familiar with their team mission. 

For some, there will be excitement; for others, there will be a sense of trepidation. Either way, expect there to be a lot of questions.
