The time to undertake projects from start to end can vary anywhere from 3-6 months for most small-sized projects as explained in the section on early-wins. Larger endeavors can take several months to years to accomplish and are marked by an agile framework of product management where capabilities are added incrementally during the implementation and deployment period.
