Corporate presentations are often boring. They consist of too much text, too many bullet points, ugly images, and unreadable graphs. The presenter is reading out loud what's on the slides and that's it. Boring.
We can't enhance the presenter's skills in this project, but we can help you build a better corporate presentation. This will also help you to become a better presenter.
The average business presentation looks like a slide deck full of bullets. This happens because people use their presentation as a tool to think of the content of their presentation. They try to create their story and to design their presentation at the same time. It just doesn't work.
No one can do these things at the same time. Not even the best presentation designers! First, you should think of the story you want to tell, and then start designing your presentation. We can't turn you in a designer at once, but we can help you by showing a better workflow and teaching you simple design principles that you can apply to your presentation to get better results.
We developed a seven-step workflow especially to create presentations in Prezi. This will definitively improve your presentations. In this project, you will learn how to use our method to design and build your corporate presentation. We used the Seats2meet.com concept for our project.

The most important things that people think about when designing and building their business presentation in Prezi are as follows:
- How do I incorporate our style guide?
- Can I create a handout?
- How can I make our logo visible at all times?
All three could be important but actually they are not. The first thing that's important is reaching your goal and the second is telling a story.
You can have a fantastic presentation without your corporate colors and fonts, without having handouts, and without a logo in your presentation. However, you can't have a great presentation without a clear goal and a good story.
In this project, we will learn our unique seven-step method to define a clear strategy, develop your content, think of a good concept, choosing colors, and fonts, and finally create your corporate prezi.

In this project, we'll start on paper. You will need at least seven pages, one for every step. Number the pages one to seven. You'll probably need some more, so grab some more and keep it within reach. It's very important to write everything down. Don't think that it's enough to do it in your head.
