In this project, you learned how to use our seven-step workflow to get ready to build your business presentation in Prezi. First, we defined our strategy by describing the goal, the message, and the audience for our presentation. Next, we brainstormed the content and then we defined the three most important keywords. These keywords later became the subjects of our presentation. Then, we drew or described the creative concept. Usually, the creative concept is the overview of the prezi. In step five, we wrote down the story we want to tell on stage, and in step six we created a storyboard to visualize our story. The last step was defining the design elements like logo, fonts, and colors.
