Performance review 360 – Intermediate level

Use an online 360 tool to gather direct feedback from a selection of colleagues and members of our network that can contribute to the three lenses. The People Manager/Lead then facilitates a session, taking us through the feedback we've gained, offering some insight, and discussing how we can improve.

Constructive Feedback Rating: 3.5/5. This approach provides many useful gems of constructive feedback; it would be even better if feedback was given face to face.
