Performance Review 360 – Advanced level

Each individual uses an in-person 360 or survey tool to gather feedback directly from the people that they've elected. We should ensure that we get a broad spectrum of the people we interact with. Don't invite just the people who will only give praise as constructive feedback is what helps us improve. In Chapter 11, Improving Our Team Dynamics to Increase Our Agility, we looked at how to set up the 360 Hotseat Review.

Constructive Feedback Rating: 4 to 5/5. Feedback is direct and provides a veritable goldmine of useful and constructive information. This not only gives each individual explicit items for them to work on but also gives them a clear picture of how they are perceived within their team. This builds trust and respect amongst the team and gives them tacit operational information about how the team can improve overall.
