Conflict will always occur. It can exist between people and organizations. Unfortunately, it cannot be avoided and will always be present in some form. The key, however, is to manage conflict, but managing it is especially difficult between two or more people.

Conflict management, not conflict avoidance or confrontation, is a tool that can offer many advantages. It can help identify important issues and can cause resolution to occur. It can also spark new ideas for improvement and can generate enthusiasm for a particular endeavor.
