Specifications and assets for multiple screens

Once your designs move to the development phase, it is necessary to provide complete specifications if you want to get precise results. For this purpose, you can use mockups and wireframes, as each document will compliment the other.

Generally, for each object or text, you will have to define attributes such as colors, sizes, fonts, and alignment, and you will also define the different states each object has when the user interacts with them. If you have a style guide where some of the standard components are already defined, you can just refer to it and avoid repeating the information for each instance of a standard component.

That is why we have to know some conventions in measures and terminology that will help us have a common framework in which to create our specifications.
