Frustrations

Technology has evolved really in the recent years, but users are still learning how to carry out tasks with a computer. Even those who use technology on a daily basis may find certain tasks too complex or tedious. All users have frustrations that affect their daily work. Knowing and understanding their frustrations and how those frustrations impact their progress with the system is a key point to research at this stage.
