Property inspector

The property panel is available on the right. It shows the properties of the active element. Different properties tabs are available on the panel, depending on which aspect they address:

  • Document: Includes general properties affecting the whole prototype, such as export and compatibility settings
  • Scene: Shows properties of the current scene, such as the size of the canvas and interaction events for the whole screen area
  • Metrics: Allows adjustments to the position, size, and rotation of the selected element
  • Element: Includes properties related to the visual aspect of the selected element such as the color, border style, and visual effects
  • Typography: This is relevant for textual content and defines the font, size, and alignment to be used
  • Actions: Lets you define how an element reacts to a given event, such as tapping or dragging it
  • Identity: Includes advanced properties, such as identifiers and classes, for the resulting HTML elements once the prototype is generated

Some animations will require changing some of these properties in order to manipulate the elements within the scene.
