Different kinds of people need different kinds of solutions. The Persona Document is a tool used to classify the characteristics of a group of users in an easy-to-handle document. It will give a clear vision about the users for whom you are designing your application. It will work as a summary of the user research phase, allowing the team to work over a closed set of characters, instead of thinking about millions of different users, each with their own needs.

The Personas will be the base characters that we will use in the description of our user scenarios. These characters will have different goals, objectives, and skills and therefore, they will need different design solutions to achieve their purposes while using our application or piece of software.
