The Go to Sheet... Action is very simple. From one or multiple Source Worksheets, you can navigate to a Target Worksheet or Dashboard. 

Here's the configuration window when you add a Go to Sheet... Action: 

In this configuration window, you can specify the following:

• The name of the Action
• The Source Sheets
• The trigger
• The Target Sheet—it can be a Worksheet or a Dashboard
