Summary

In this chapter, we started with an explanation of the sales life cycle. Then, we moved ahead with campaign management and discussed an outstanding way to execute campaigns. We also discussed lead management, account management, and contact management. We also covered how you can associate one contact with multiple accounts and key concepts such as product, price book, and price book entry. You also leaned how to create and manage quotes. In the end, we discussed collaborative forecasting and quota management. In the next chapter, we will go through the Salesforce Service Cloud and its key concepts, including knowledge and entitlement management.
