Foresee (see Figure 21-9) measures customer experience analytics, benchmarking the customer experience with your brand so that you can then make research-based decisions on marketing, sales, and more.

ForeSee offers research and white papers for your do-it-yourself efforts, or you can use its Satisfaction Analytics programs across varying channels (web, social, mobile, stores, and so on) to get brand-focused reports and metrics.

ForeSee also offers a tool called SessionReplay that lets you recreate and study the actual user experience on your site and in your store. By enabling you to identify problems in usability, Foresee helps you fine-tune your process and get better results.
