Scheduling Your Launch

If you haven’t already done so, you should write up a list of things that need to be done before your application launches, as well as the money that has to be spent to make them happen. A lot of these things will take time, and a lot of these things have to be happening all at once. As a simple example, if you have a plan to get fliers out, you should keep in mind the time it will take to make and print them.
