The ARNs for Amazon Inspector rules packages use a different account that is specific to each region. The account number that Inspector rules packages use for US East (N. Virginia) is 316112463485. Therefore, we created an SNS topic with permission to access this account. If you directly try to use the topic we created in the Creating an SNS topic to send email recipe in Chapter 8, Monitoring with CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Config, we will get the following error after the template creation:
