We can use AWS Artifact as follows:

1. Go to the AWS Artifact service in the console.
2. Click on Reports in the left sidebar to see the available AWS Artifact reports:

3. Click Agreements in the left sidebar to see and approve account agreements and Organization agreements:

We can click on the Organization agreements tab from an Organization's master account to manage agreements for our master account and for all member accounts in our Organization.

4. Click on Get this artifact to download the document.
5. If a Terms and conditions screen appears, we need to select a checkbox to indicate that we have read and agree to the terms and conditions for the artifact, and click Accept and download.
