Although dynamic routing is not supported natively in pfSense, implementing dynamic routing is still possible through the use of third-party packages. As of version 2.4, these packages are available:

With the release of pfSense version 2.3, many packages were dropped. One of them was the Optimized Link State Routing Protocol. Still, several distance-vector and link-state protocols are available.
