Usually Wireshark shows dissected packets with port 80 as HTTP only if it sees a valid HTTP header. If you want to see all packets with TCP port 80 as HTTP, perform the following steps:
- Go to Preferences and choose TCP in Protocols
- Uncheck/disable Allow dissector to reassemble TCP streams
