In this chapter, we learned how we can leverage MS CRM 2011 to build a hotel management system. We learned how we can use sub-grids to show data from an associated view; we learned how we can set up a product catalog, and learned the basics of plugin development. We learned how we can write plugins using Developer Toolkit and deploy them in Microsoft CRM 2011. We also learned how to use images in plugins.

In the next chapter, we will see how we can use the Silverlight web resource in MS CRM 2011.
