We are going to use
Microsoft CRM 2011 on-premise deployment for this application. In order to create a web resource, let's first create a solution. Open Microsoft CRM 2011 and create a solution named MyDevelopment.
Tip
Please refer to Chapter 2, Customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, on how to create solutions.
Use the following steps to create a web resource:
- Navigate to Setting | Solution and open the MyDevelopment solution.
- Navigate to Web Resources and click on New.
- Enter a name in the Name field for the web resource.
- Enter a name in the Display Name field for the web resource.
- Select a type in the Type field for the web resource.
- Select a language from the Language field for the web resource.
- Save the web resource and then close.
