In this chapter, we learned the basics of the Issue Tracker application. We learned to map the Microsoft CRM 2011 application to fulfill the requirement of the Issue Tracker application. We learned how to create an Issue Tracker application using the features of Microsoft CRM 2011 OOB. We learned how to write a plugin to generate an auto ID setup. We learned to develop a custom workflow. We learned to create chart control and place it on the dashboard.
