In this chapter, we used the Microsoft CRM 2011 marketing module to create a Project Training Enrolment System. We learned how we can customize the Microsoft CRM 2011 application interface to fulfill our business specific needs. We learned how to use SiteMap Editor to customize site map navigation in Microsoft CRM 2011. We created a marketing list, and learned how to use this marketing list in campaign activity and to capture a campaign response.

In the next chapter, we will see how we can use Microsoft CRM 2011 to automate an employee recruitment process.
