In this chapter we learned about the web resource feature in Microsoft CRM 2011 and their types. We learned how we can reference web resources in Microsoft CRM 2011 entity forms, how we can create Silverlight applications, and how to deploy them in Microsoft CRM 2011. We also learned how we can place a Silverlight web resource on a dashboard.

In the next chapter we are going to see how we can deploy a custom web application in Microsoft CRM 2011.
