Microsoft CRM 2011 users will be able to access entities if they have assigned a security role with the Go Mobile access privilege. We can set up the required permission for the security role provided to the user. Use the following steps to set up security for mobile access:
- Navigate to Settings | Administration | Security Roles.
- Open the security role assigned to the user.
- Navigate to the Business Management tab.
- Make sure Go Mobile has organizational access in Miscellaneous Privileges, as shown in the following screenshot:
