Almost all the system entities are available for Mobile Express. When we access Mobile Express, we will be able to see the default entities, as shown in the following screenshot, but we can configure other system entities for Mobile Express easily:
Let's say we want to enable Mobile Express for the Quote entity. Use the following steps for configuring Mobile Express in Microsoft CRM 2011 entities:
- Navigate to your solution.
- Navigate to Components | Entities | Quote.
- Enable the Mobile Express checkbox under the Outlook& Mobile section, as shown in the following screenshot:
- Click on Save and publish the entity.
Now when we try to access Mobile Express, we should be able to see the Quote entity with the other entities on the list, as seen in the following screenshot:
