Application scope

We are going to use Microsoft CRM 2011 to create an issue manager. We will be using the OOB functionality of Microsoft CRM 2011 to design our application. We will use the on-premise deployment of Microsoft CRM 2011 for our application. The QA resource can access our application to submit an issue manually. We will write custom logic, which will fire on creation of the issue. This issue will be assigned to the team member who's currently working on fewer issues. The assignment of issues is decided by the project team selected while creating the issue.

We will create another workflow to send a notification when a case is assigned to a resource. For example, we need to send a notification to a team member or to the QA resource when the issue is assigned to the team member.
