Fraudulent cash scheme detection is all about looking for events that are outside of a previously established baseline, for example, those cash transactions that are slightly below regulatory reporting thresholds, or a succession of cash disbursements by a customer number that together exceed regulatory reporting thresholds, or statistically unusual numbers of cash transfers by a particular customer or bank account.
