19.4. Summary

In this chapter, I discussed the internals of a workflow, workflow types, and key concepts around the workflow infrastructure. You learned about the architectural components of the Windows Workflow Foundation, and you became familiar with the workflow runtime engine and services provided by WF to facilitate development of complex workflows. You also learned about the SharePoint implementation of workflow services, workflow association, and initiation.
