Vikram Kartik is a support escalation engineer with Microsoft Customer Support Services for SharePoint and SharePoint Designer technologies. Based in Microsoft's Global Technical Support Center in India, he has been working on FrontPage client and server technologies since August 2003. Besides actively engaging with Microsoft's customers, partners, and vendors on support issues, he's also involved in the evaluation of Microsoft's support knowledge base articles for FrontPage and SharePoint Designer products.
