The dvPortGroup allows you to specify a VLAN number for all network traffic, trunk all VLAN traffic, or use a private VLAN:
- VLAN type - VLAN: You can set a VLAN number for the port group. All traffic will be tagged at the port group with the configured VLAN number.
- VLAN type - VLAN trunking: You can specify a comma-separated list and/or a range of VLAN numbers to trunk. This method is used for Virtual Guest Tagging (VGT).
