By default, patch definitions are downloaded every 24 hours. The download frequency can, however, be modified as per your requirements. Patches can also to be manually uploaded to the Update Manager's cache by using the Upload From File option.

Once the patch definitions have been downloaded, you can then use them to create the desired baselines.
