The following procedure will help you to configure vROPS to send data to Predictive DRS:

1. Connect to the vROPs instance that's collecting data from the vCenter.
2. Navigate to Administration | Solutions | VMware vSphere, select the vCenter adapter corresponding to your vCenter, and click on the settings icon to configure the adapter settings:

3. On the Manage Solution – VMware vSphere window, ensure that the correct vCenter instance is selected and click on Advanced Settings. Set Provide data to vSphere Predictive DRS to true and click SAVE SETTINGS:

4. Click OK on the Adapter instance successfully saved message and close the Manage Solution – VMware vSphere window.

Now that vROPS has been configured to send data to Predictive DRS, the next step is to enable Predictive DRS on the cluster.
