The following steps will help you to copy settings between Host Profiles:

1. Connect to vCenter Server using the HTML5 client.
2. Navigate to Menu | Policies and Profiles.     
3. On the Policies and Profiles screen, go to Host Profiles.
4. Right-click on the desired source Host Profile and click on Copy Settings to Host Profile...:

5. On the Select settings screen of the wizard, use the checkboxes to select the settings that need to be copied. Then, click Next to continue:

6. On the Select target host profiles screen, select the destination Host Profile and click Next to continue:

7. On the Ready to complete screen, you can click through the settings to review the changes that will be made to the destination/target Host Profile. Click FINISH to confirm:

8. You should see a Copy settings to host profiles task completed successfully in the Recent Tasks pane.

This completes the process of copying settings between Host Profiles.
