Creating an employment application

When a potential employee sends in an application, resume, or another document that will allow you to record their interest in working for your company, you can create a recruitment application.

Click the Application(s) button for the Production Assistant to bring up the application list for the job position:

Because there are no applications, naturally this list will start out empty. Also, note that there is a filter applied that is restricting the applications to only those that are associated with the Production Assistant position.

Click Create to add a new application:

This form has a lot of fields to be filled out. By default, the only required field for the application is the subject. The rest of the information can be collected throughout the recruiting and interviewing processes.
