Every second counts in the fourth introductory routine for Level 1. This pyramid format routine has a decreasing rest period by round; the more tired you become, the less recovery time you get. Compound multi-muscle exercises and an increasing cardiovascular challenge make this as tough physically as it is mentally.

TRAINER TIP

Focus on quality, not quantity. As you get tired, pay close attention to your form to prevent injury.
