Meet the models

The four models featured in the guide are current squad members of the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders. In that role, they have entertained troops across the globe, raised thousands of dollars for cancer research, and represented the Indianapolis Colts across four continents.

As cheerleaders, they must maintain peak physical fitness to power through their rigorous routines. HIIT gives them a workout that keeps them athletic, fit, and looking amazing. Their toned muscles are the result of hard work, consistent effort, and HIIT workouts.

A graduate of Ball State University, she now has a career in human resources. She loves HIIT because it’s a fantastic cardio workout and delivers results. Her HIIT advice: “Love your body! Hydrate it, nourish it, and maintain it, but above all else LOVE you!”

Brittany

has been a Colts cheerleader for three years and she still gets a rush each time she runs onto the field to cheer on the team. Her favorite thing about HIIT is the variety; every single time you can expect something different and fun. Her HIIT advice: “Don’t give up. When you first start doing HIIT, there may be sometimes where you need a break—it’s okay! Do it every day if you can, and don’t get discouraged if it is more difficult than you expected when you are first getting started. The more you do it, the easier it gets and the more fun it gets.”

crystal Anne

has been cheering for the Colts for four years. During that time, she has danced in a Super Bowl music video, volunteered for many charities, undertaken a military tour to entertain troops and their families, and even shaved her head to help raise funds for cancer research in 2013. Her passion for health and fitness has led to a career as a personal trainer at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS). Her HIIT advice: “Quality over quantity! Perform the exercise correctly with full function and form before adding in your speed, and have fun!”

Erin

has been on the squad for five years. Some of her cheerleading highlights include appearing on the Jimmy Fallon show and traveling to London for NFL UK. Erin is also a trainer at Core Fitness and Pilates, where she teaches HIIT as well as Pilates reformer classes and TRX. Practicing HIIT makes her feel fit, confident, and athletic. Her HIIT advice: “Keep moving! It’s not easy at first, but if you keep moving and try your hardest, you will become better and better. Always push yourself; that’s the only way to keep improving!”
