Level 2:
Introductory Routines
The five Level 2 introductory routines focus on HIIT basics in a variety of routine formats. These routines are more challenging than those for Level 1 and include plyometrics (jump training), frequent elevation changes, and an increased level of difficulty. It’s time to raise the bar!

The first routine for Level 2 incorporates explosive movements and multiplanar exercises. The challenge gets dialed up a notch so you will have to dig a little deeper and work a little harder.
Repeat the set three times.
Rest for one minute after each set.
