This routine is named for the crab touch exercise, but HIIT really can help if you’re feeling crabby. It decreases inflammation in the brain, improves hormone balance, leads to better mobility, and makes you feel energized and capable. After you blast through this series of exercises, you’ll be ready to take on the world.
