Seal Jack
This jumping jack variation involves opening and closing the arms for greater activation of the muscles in the back. Add seal jacks to your workout to get your back and shoulders toned.
Stand with feet together and arms extended in front of your chest, palms together. Keep a soft bend at the knees and stay on the balls of your feet.
Jump, opening the feet wider than your shoulders and spreading your arms as wide as possible. Squeeze the muscles between the shoulder blades. Jump again, bringing the feet together as you clap your hands. Repeat.
